Khurram has been selected by higher education commission as a permanent faculty member to conduct and deliver training programs for the students of the 32 universities across Pakistan. He has delivered the number of training sessions for the students on topics; communication skill, presentation skill, career counselling, personal grooming, professional development, areas of improvement in student’s life. & interview skills.

Major universities include; UET – Lahore, PU – Lahore, GC – Lahore, Kinnaird College – Lahore, King Edward Medical University – Lahore, Lahore college for women university – Lahore, Punjab University – Lahore, UMT – Lahore, BZU – Multan, Islamia University – Bahawalpur, COMSATS. Sahiwal, University of Agricultural – Faisalabad, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University – Peshawar and some universities of GILGIT – QUETAA & KPK.
